Tullamore Junior Parish Pastoral Council is holding its annual National Parish Youth Conference on Saturday 25 February in St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre, Tullamore.
The theme this year is ‘Our Faith, Let’s Celebrate!’ It will be attended by guest speakers Bishop Kieran O’Reilly and Ger Brennan as well as Andrew O Connell, Jonny Somerville from Youth Alpha Ireland, and Michelle Molloy sharing her experiences of working on the missions. The event will be facilitated by Will Faulkner from Midlands 103. There will be a variety of bands to entertain throughout the day – Shalom, Ruaille Buaille, Colaiste Choilm.
The event is open to people aged 12-18 years. It will provide an opportunity for young Catholics to express their views, share ideas and receive support from each other.
