Hundreds of people took part in parish processions across the Diocese of Meath to mark the Feast of Corpus Christi.
The procession at the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar was led by the Mullingar Town Band throught the streets of the town. Photos are available at the Mullingar parish facebook page.
Meanwhile the Cathedral launched an appeal for new volunteers to take part in Eucharistic Adoration in the parish. Adorers spoke at all Masses, inviting people to join them in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament at the Adoration Chapel in the Cathedral which is open each day from 8am until 8pm.
